By accessing or using TradesPro ("the Service"), operated by TradesPro ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
TradesPro is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for trade professionals including plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other skilled trades. The Service provides tools for contact management, quoting, job tracking, invoicing, and automated follow-ups.
To use TradesPro, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain features of TradesPro require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change pricing for your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing takes effect.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to TradesPro, including contacts, quotes, invoices, and job information ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You may export or delete Your Data at any time. Upon account termination, we will retain Your Data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the Service may experience downtime due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesPro and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of TradesPro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
