Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All TradesPro subscription plans include a 30-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will continue to have access until the trial expiration date.

2. Subscription Refunds

TradesPro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Because you have the ability to cancel at any time and are not locked into a contract, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

However, we understand that circumstances vary. If you believe you were charged in error, or if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion

4. Payments Made Through TradesPro (Invoices)

TradesPro facilitates invoice payments between trade professionals and their customers through Stripe. These payments are transactions between you and your customers — TradesPro is not a party to these transactions.

Refunds for invoice payments are the responsibility of the trade professional who issued the invoice. If you are a customer who paid an invoice through TradesPro and need a refund, please contact the business that sent you the invoice directly.

5. Stripe Processing Fees

Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's standard processing fees. These fees are non-refundable by TradesPro, as they are charged by Stripe and are outside our control. Please refer to Stripe's pricing page for current fee information.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a TradesPro subscription charge, contact us at tradespro.crm@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
