When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, trade vertical, and password.

Business Data:

Information you enter into the Service, including customer contacts, quotes, job details, invoices, and automation settings ("Your Business Data").

Payment Information:

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Usage Data:

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and access times.

Cookies:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

  • Your Customers: When you send quotes or invoices through TradesPro, the recipient will see your business information and the document contents
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting with row-level security, and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Business Data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Export your data in a portable format
