2. Not Professional Advice

TradesPro is a business management tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Quotes, invoices, and other documents generated through the Service are created based on information you provide, and it is your responsibility to ensure their accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You should consult with qualified professionals for legal, tax, accounting, or other professional guidance specific to your business.

3. Payment Processing

Payment processing through TradesPro is facilitated by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. TradesPro does not directly handle, process, or store credit card or bank account information. We are not responsible for Stripe's performance, fees, disputes, or any issues that arise from payment processing.

Payment disputes between trade professionals and their customers are the responsibility of the parties involved. TradesPro does not mediate, arbitrate, or guarantee any transactions conducted through the Service.

4. Data Accuracy

TradesPro stores and displays information that you provide. We do not independently verify the accuracy of any data entered into the Service, including customer contact information, pricing, job details, or invoice amounts. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data in your account.

5. Automated Communications

TradesPro allows you to set up automated follow-up emails and reminders. You are responsible for ensuring that all automated communications comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations. TradesPro is not liable for any consequences arising from automated messages you configure and send through the Service.

6. Uptime and Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

7. Third-Party Services

TradesPro integrates with and relies upon third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and Vercel. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradesPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether arising from contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
